No. Your new site connects to what you already use. If you don't use anything yet, I set you up with ordering or booking that works out of the box.
Who owns the site and the web address?
You own your web address, always. If you ever stop the monthly plan, your site stays up for 30 days and I hand you all the files. The full terms fit on one page.
How long does it take?
The free preview usually takes a few days. Once you say go, the full site is typically live within about a week.
